Thing one: I have recently read into the impact of when we eat (as opposed to what we eat) on general health and well-being. I have decided to commence the experiment by trying to curb my eating period to 13 hours, due to extremely early starts (on average I eat breakfast just after 0600), and preferring a proper dinner at home (most days I do not arrive back until just before 1800). Some connoisseurs recommend 10 hours, but it is difficult with my schedule, so I am starting easy! If anybody has tried something similar, or other types of fasts, please tell me about your experience!
