Mental Health Awareness Month…

…passed by as I was looking another way. But what else is new?

However, something that I am working on, for myself and for those around me, is to simply be aware of mental health. Not just for a month every year, but always. For those of us who are young enough to be faced with cleaning up after Brexit/the Trump presidency/financial recession/threats of terror/your grandmother’s rottweiler, our health may presently be our best asset, since youthful optimism is so hard to come by these days. So, look after your family, look after your friends, and look after yourself.
