There are many university buildings in this historically enlightened (though some may argue to the contrary) nation that have a number of years on their back. One can occasionally achieve a wind-in-the-hair effect even inside these buildings, with closed windows. I don’t know what the excuse for newer universities is for also having draughty buildings, but perhaps it is to keep up with the old boys. The following object is immediately to my left.
I am open to suggestions of how to fan the heat from the fixed radiators around the room more efficiently.
