Food Diary – June 12, 2011

The problem with going to concerts is probably knocking your sleeping pattern on their head. Which calls for adjusted eating habits: you can eat empty calories for late breakfast so that there is room for lunch. (Not.)

Mug of coffee, two waffles, handful of chocolate raisins.

And then eat very dodgy things for lunch because you went food shopping when you were hungry and then just ate what you bought on the spot. (Not.)

Mini toffee loaf cake; four seafood sticks. Don't ask.... ... app app! Just don't.

And then snack on actually okay foods throughout the day to fill in the gaps. (Not.)

Buttered toast. Simple as that.

And then go for a run and eat two portions of fresh fruit salad in one go. (Think this one is okay.)

MASSIVE FRUIT SALAD. Mango, kiwi, honeydew melon, galia melon...

Then attempt to pull together a fairly healthy dinner. (This too.)

Crazy beetroot and german sausage quesadilla (but no guacamole, sadly); chocolate raising.

And then ruin it all by having too many chocolate raisins. (No longer.)

Coffee, and yet more chocolate raisins.

Water count: ~1.5l.
